Directions to Breakout

This field is about 20 minutes south of Firebird Lake, off of I-10. It is owned and operated by the folks at The Command Post. Field fees apply. Check with the field directly for details. We do not necessarily endorse this field, but the DBA does play and practice here often. Providing these directions is simply a courtesy, and convience, for the visitors to our website.

Directions: Take I-10 to either the Queen Creek or Maricopa Road exit. Go south on Maricopa Road (Hwy 347), approximately 14 miles, to Hwy 238. Turn right (west), and go 6.3 miles to Rio Bravo Road. Turn left (south), over the railroad tracks, and go less than 1/4 mile to Smith Enke Road. Turn right (west), and go .8 (that's eight tenths) of a mile to the entrance of the park.

If you are coming from Fountain Hills, go south on 101, exit west on 60, and go south on I-10.  The Maricopa turnoff is a few minutes south of the Chandler exit. Then follow the directions above.

Tucson players can also go through Casa Grande. Take Hwy 84 west, and then north to Hwy 347 to the Hwy 238 turnoff. Pick up on the directions above from here.

NOTE:We are working on a map drawing to help you with these directions. However, until then, we recommend (as does The Command Post themselves) DO NOT use the internet maps on Yahoo, etc.---They will get you lost trying to find this field. Print this page and take these written directions with you.

See you there! Note: If you're coming out to join us for one of our practices, be sure you check our message board, before you leave, and get the latest on our plans.
